I have this system I use for 2- 9 ft paper rolls and it worked fine for awhile but now when I move the chains it isnt catching the rolls and unwinding as it should. I have tried taking it off and reinstalling and tightening and everything. any ideas on what could be the problem?
There is a tension control on the drive without the chain to control how loose or how tight the drive will move. If this does not correct the issue, I would recommend speaking with the manufacturer by calling 212-594-2120.

You can mount to concrete. The Impact Wall Mounting Kit with Metal Chain for Roll Paper BH #IMVPDDSMCK only comes with two wall mount fixtures. All the rolls must be the same length.

I have this product, but find that paper rolls want to just keep unrolling. Is there a way to increase tension on the chains to keep this from happening?
The white section of the Impact Varidrive Drive expands to keep the paper from unrolling. To expand the Impact Varidrive Drive, you should be able to turn the black knob on the end of the device while the white section is inside the seamless paper's core to expand it until it is snug to prevent the paper from unrolling while in usage.
