AG-SVCPREM4 Premium Service & Support from Panasonic provides five years of standard service for select Panasonic Professional Video products. In addition to standard service, it adds Bumper to Bumper Limited Accidental Coverage for five years, two-way expedited/next-day shipping, and two-day repair turnaround time A Loaner Service is also provided, where Panasonic will loan you a replacement camera (shipped next day) if your product can't be repaired in two days. Additionally, Premium Service & Support provides you with two preventive maintenance sessions (one in year two and one in year four) and Limited Catastrophic Damage Coverage.. CCD/MOS imagers have three years of parts and labor coverage. Proof of Purchase for your item is not required at time of service. Premium Service & Support must be purchased at time of product purchase.

Bump to Bumper Limited Accidental Coverage
Bumper to Bumper Coverage applies to failures that occur in normal use. Limited coverage is provided for damage which occurs during or resulting from accident, mishandling, misapplication, modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, shipment, or similar scenarios. Examples of Bumper to Bumper Coverage would include connector damage, fuse damage, and camera side panel LCD monitor and button / knob failure.
Limited Catastrophic Damage Coverage
Catastrophic Damage is covered at a limited rate of $3,000 per event and is described as fire, smoke, water, or unintentional physical damage. Additional required service covered at standard parts plus labor rates per event.
Not Covered
Items not covered include normal cosmetic wear not affecting functionality, cables, batteries, option boards, and improper maintenance and modification by anyone other than Panasonic National Service Center or a Panasonic Authorized Service Provider.
