AG-SVCPREM4 Premium Service & Support from Panasonic provides five years of standard service for select Panasonic Professional Video products. In addition to standard service, it adds Bumper to Bumper Limited Accidental Coverage for five years, two-way expedited/next-day shipping, and two-day repair turnaround time. A Loaner Service is also provided, where Panasonic will loan you a replacement camera (shipped next day) if your product can't be repaired in two days. Additionally, Premium Service & Support provides you with two preventive maintenance sessions (one in year two and one in year four) and Limited Catastrophic Damage Coverage. CCD/MOS imagers have three years of parts and labor coverage. Proof of Purchase for your item is not required at time of service. Premium Service & Support must be purchased at time of product purchase.
