I had purchased a beauty dish elsewhere that was supposed to come with a grid but didn't. When I contacted the company they informed me that they couldn't replace the missing piece and offered me a pittance of a return. I turned to B&H and bought the grid here. It arrived on time in sturdy packaging and when I snapped it into place on my beauty dish it actually adjusted a few imperfections that the dish had that I didn't notice when I bought it!! I should have gone to B&H from the get-go. Fantastic product and service!
