question
will this work with my canon 6D?
Absolutely. I adjusted 5 lenses used with my 6D and it was very easy to do.

question
Will this work for longer telephoto lenses? Say 150-500?
Worked well with my 70-300. My most often used focal length is 270, and I tested there. Setup space and really good light may be problems. Good luck
