Not a Combi

This is a heavy duty, well built ladder you can trust. The crossbar feet provide good stability, even on gravel. Its a bit on the heavy side, but collapsed, it is very portable and easy for me to manage.   Im not keen on the velcro carry straps included. I feel that the ladder is too heavy to be supported by just the velcro. It works for now, but expect over time this will wear out. Im planning to get a more secure cam strap to use.  My biggest issue with this ladder is that it can only be used fully extended. This means its too large to use indoors for most residential applications.  Im not sure why its called a Combi Ladder, as it really only works as an A-Frame. Yes, you can close the A-Frame and lean it up against a wall, but that wont give you any extra height. This model doesnt open up flat to form an extension ladder. (Telesteps makes a smaller Telesteps 612TC, 6 ft A-frame/12 ft Extension Telescoping Combi Ladder. which is a little less stable, but is better for indoor residential use, since its short enough to be fully extended under an 8ft ceiling.)
