Support up to 30.9 lb worth of gear with the TMA28A Series 2 Mach3 Aluminum Tripod from Benro. Made from aluminum, the 4-section legs are secured via twist locks and extend to a maximum height of 61.2". The center column can be replaced with the included short column to allow the tripod to reach a minimum height of 12.4". One of the legs unscrews from the tripod, attaches to the center column, and with the addition of an optional head converts to a monopod. The rubber feet can be swapped out for metal spikes so that the tripod can be used on hard surfaces, such as ice, or soft surfaces, like carpeting or a lawn. A ballast hook on the center column allows for the addition of stabilizing weight, and the included carrying case protects the tripod during transport. A 3/8"-16 threaded stud on the mounting platform lets you attach a head of your choice.

Benro Mach3 TMA28A Reviews
Super tripod for the money
I use this tripod in my shop for on line product pictures. In the two years I have had it I have taken a few thousand pictures with it. It is still, as tight and sturdy as it was when new. I highly recommend it.
Exelente Producto
Exelente exelente ya tena un trpode con cabeza fluida y genial por esa razn compr este
Nice Unit Without Breaking The Bank
I have old film cameras that are weighty plus a Pentax 645z, which is no light weight. This tripod is surprisingly stable at full extension. I am over 6ft and must lower it to see the viewfinder. The build quality is very good, and the adjustments are smooth and assuring.
We'll see
Haven't used it yet but the build looks and feels great. Seems very sturdy. Will put it to the test once the world gets back to normal and I finally get all the equipment I'm going to put on it. Happy with it so far but like my heading, we'll see.
Tripod for all my needs!
I was impressed by this Benro tripod right out of the box with it's blue carrying case with ample pockets and blue satchel bag for protection. The legs are sturdy; one detaches to become a monopod; the 3/8 mounting screw flips over into 1/4; the blue locking ring keeps center post secure; and the extra , shorter post allows for near-ground level shooting. Sure there are much more expensive Benro models, and other brands to get lighter, sturdier, and higher but this is a great all-purpose tripod for $165.
Loving the tripod
It is heavy enough to be solid, but light enough to carry. Solid unit. Came with carry case and holding bag. Feet tend to spin off during travel and usage. I lot two in the snow. Benro sent me free feet to replace and the service was excellent. When I got the new feet, I put a rubber band next to the rubber feet and then screwed them in. Rubber bands form the function of a washer lock while still being able to unscrew them for replacement.
Sturdy, smooth and though!
I love this tripod. I'm planning on purchasing more heads for it. I've never felt this tripod feel unsteady, or lose. It feels solid, is easily adjusted to match uneven terrain and is sufficiently light. I think it's a great value for the price and comes with a nice case.
Stupendous Deal!
Stupendous Deal! Top quality, and I prefer the extra weight over the carbon fiber version, especially for video. I use a komodo fluid head with this tripod .
