I purchased this for a shoot I had scheduled. It showed up clearly used and missing parts making it non functional. B&H wouldn't ship a replacement until they processed the return, they said it would take about a week and then they would ship a replacement. So this was a mistake on B&H's part but they would not ship an immediate replacement, I've made many orders from B7H but this was a very disappointing experience and enough to make me purchase from Amazon moving forward because they will at least ship immediate replacements when they make a mistake.

The unit I own is all sold as one piece. The 5/8's pin is an integral of the stand. You might be able to obtain individual parts from Matthews through B&H.

Can the centre column be released and rest on the ground, making the stand go even lower than 29 inches?
29" is the minimum height achievable, this is the measurement once the bottom tube is resting on the ground.

Unfortunately, the Inovativ AXIS Trough would not fit this Matthews stand nor is there is one specifically for it.

Everyone suggesting the lightware bag (even b&h staffers) are incorrect. I just purchased the exact bag mentioned for this rolling stand and it DOES NOT fit.

Can just the wheels be replaced? Somebody dragged mine locked and there’s a flat spot now.
The wheel alone can be replaced as the axle is bolted and not riveted, it is a 3" Tente wheel, 75x25. We sell the replacement wheel along with the caster for $34, part number 6018.
