The MK190XPRO4-BHQ2 Aluminum Tripod from Manfrotto pairs the MT190XPRO4 aluminum tripod legs with the MHXPRO-BHQ2 XPRO Ball Head with a 200PL quick release clamp and plate. The tripod holds up to 33.1 lb, extends to 67.5", and weighs 5.6 lb. The legs use the Quick Power Lock System so you can extend the tripod legs completely with just one hand. Once set up, you can use the tripod's rapid center column in standard vertical mode or swing it into horizontal position like a boom with Manfrotto's 90° Column feature.

If it doesn't come included, can this tripod accept an adjustment bowl adapter which allows you to level the camera independently of the tripod legs quickly? Manfrotto even has their own.
You will need to use a 3/8"-16 leveling base such as the Manfrotto 438 (https://bhpho.to/3GGankY). The Manfrotto 190XPRO4 does not accept the Manfrotto 555 leveling center column, nor can it use 75mm/100mm half-ball leveling adapters/bowls.

I'm not exactly sure what it's called but.. does this tripod have the ball joint that allows you to level the tripod head without having to constantly adjusting the legs to level?
Yes, the included ballhead is a ball-joint type of action and can be used to level the camera off rather than adjusting the legs.
