DroneGuard CS 400 is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 49.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing from Great Company Okay, so I've got two different LowePro camera backpacks and I love them. Been all over the world with them. So I'll say that up front. So here's my thoughts on the new CS 400:* I also own a hardcase and a competitor's softcase for the 3DR Solo (it might be actually sold by Solo, it's also on B&H).* This pack feels like an egg carton. Now egg cartons do protect eggs when carried gently from store to home. But I just went on an out of state trip and carried-on this pack. It's a large egg carton with straps.* On the plus side, it's extremely light (but so is the other one).* The outside pocket is a waste-- it's so tight, you're not going to easily get a piece of paper in there let alone anything else.* It falls over. It does not have a flat bottom, so while you're standing at the gate, waiting to board and you set it down, it falls over.* If you put anything in the inside top pocket (like your ipad for the controller), putting the props through the molle system bends the props a bit.* There's no real good way to pack a bunch of batteries. They have one zippered pouch and you can put three in there. But it's not made for the batteries. (The other lightweight has molds for the batteries).* The spot for the controller doesn't seem that stable.* The unit made it through the out of town shoot, multiple airports, etc. But I pulled all the batteries and heavy stuff and put them in my suitcase.I love you LowePro, but totally disappointed in this $ offering. The thought that went into my camera backpacks was sorely lacking on this one. It wouldn't have been that difficult to have a flat bottom, an outside pocket a little looser, dedicated place for batteries?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from DroneGuard CS 400 I am very pleased with this product. It came to my shipping address very quickly. This case will fit quite a few different quad Copters. The entire interior of the case is usable for you to stick the various dividers via Velcro attachments. I was able to configure it for a Parrot AR 2.0 very quickly. I would not recommend this case if you want to drive a truck over your quad. The hard exterior shell is nice and stiff but very light. The backpack straps are also a great feature. Manufacturing quality is also good for the price point. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the exterior pocket is so tight that you can not really get anything useful in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile and Light The case has enough room for my 3DR Solo, all of its accessories and chargers, and additional hardware as well. The velcro attachment system allows for the easy customization of the case parts, and for the securing of loose items inside the case with 3M tape velcro strips. The case is durable enough to stand up to normal use, I would be concerned checking it on a flight though, since it is not a rigid plastic case. If it were thrown around by baggage handlers, I don't know that internally it would come out unscathed. The tradeoff is that it is quite light however, which is ideal when using it as a backpack.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GREAT!!! but needs a bit more... This is a great way to transport your drone... but don't get to rough with it. It doesn't seem very strong, and is not built to last. It's a protective, and decorative way to hold your drone, but it needs a thicker lining, or at least more shock-absorption properties just in case. I'm scared to drop this bag, even from a couple of feet up. The strap buckles are kinda weak too... Could at least 'feel' a little more secure. If you just want a simple bag that fits your drone and gear, this is perfect. It looks great. But if you want more protection for your $1000 toy, you can spend a little bit more money and get something MUCH more protective and durable. Like the BP 250, or Hardside 400.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best bag First everything sticks with velcro and an elastic band, so the drones feels a bit loose. The bag is huge, after I placed the drone with all the accessories (with no propellers), there were still like 20 cm left to fill, with what? I know you can store it with propellers on, but it is already big enough to not take them off. There's not a dedicated space for an extra battery. If you place the propellers where they are supposed to be they will touch the upper part of the drone, so it might get some scratches. As it is semi-rigid, if you press directly on the camo part you are squashing the drone so it doesn't feel really protected. Better use the awesome original gray box and buy a bag to fit the box

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good so far... I have only had this case for a short time. So far it has been good. All of the panels and inside compartments are adjustable and made fitting it to my drone easy. It easily fit all of my spare parts, chargers and controller. The case material is not super strong. It seems to be molded cardboard covered with material. I don't think this case would survive much weight being put on top, but it will keep everything together and somewhat protected. I'm using this on my backup drone, so I am not that worried. I would recommend this for cheaper drones or if you get it on sale like I did.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lowepro Backpack - not their best design. It's ok. Not something I would think Lowepro would put out. Not very well designed and too much unusable space. It is better than the case that DJI Phantom 4 drone came with as package.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from May be not Bought this because I am a big fan of Lowepro and have multiple products from them. This one, however, is not as advertised as it is smaller than advertised due to slanted sides. More important, when Phantom 3 is placed in the case, the motors hit the propeller holder - which is placed right over the motors so you either have the propeller holder constantly hitting the motors or the motors nicking the propellers - either way there could be damage. Otherwise, great design, just too small to appropriately hold the drone.
