The Realtree AP Snow Lens Cover for Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 Contemporary Lens from LensCoat is a waterproof neoprene cover that protects your lens from scrapes and bumps helping to preserve its resale value. The lens cover provides a thermal barrier during cold weather, and breaks up the shape of your lens, making it less visible to wildlife.

For ease of use, there is a clear plastic window allowing you to access the AF controls and the distance scale, and an orientation hole for viewing the red dot indicator, which allows you to mount the lens on your camera without removing the lens cover. The cover includes an extra, easy to install and remove, touch-fastened piece for when you need to zoom the lens, and two additional pieces for use with the rotating tripod collar.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best product for my lens! My order arrived very quickly and that is normal for B&H! The LensCoat is a great product, I love being able to hold on to my lens while shooting pics and not freezing my hand. I will not freak out if it starts to drizzle or light rain, the Lenscoat will protect the lens until I get to my car (which sometimes is a far away). I am a Birder so I go into the woods or to the shoreine. Best thing I could have purchased, the product makes me feel better. The only thing I would change (why it is not 5 stars) is that the directions were not that helpful. I did find a YouTube video that provided the information that I needed. All in all, I love this product!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but expected better for the price First off, it works -- the pieces fit and in my opinion fairly easy to put on to the lens. (Some reviews mentioned that it's hard to figure out which piece corresponds to which segment of the lens, but I think if you lay out all the pieces, it becomes pretty clear.) The Lens Cover provides pretty good protection against bumps/scratches/etc, especially if you're using this lens for wildlife photography. With that said, I expected much more from a Made In USA & $ product. I was expecting each piece to be cut with precision for the given lens they're designed for--but that's not the case. The pieces look like they are hand-cut with a scissor, so the edges are not straight/even. The clear plastic cutouts for the lens' distance window and the function switches do not match correctly - as a result, substantial portions of my distance window are covered up.Although I was not displeased enough with this Lens Cover to go through the trouble of returning it, I was quite disappointed that I paid close to $ for pieces of neoprene that aren't designed or cut very precisely for my Sigma 150-600mm C.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lenscoat cover for sigma 150-600 purchased this coat with the sigma 150-600 lens and thought it would be a good idea to protect the lens in the woods . first off realize that this comes in 7 pieces and fit around the lens like rubber bands, while the neoprene and coloring are good the value for the $ dollars is not there. I don't think there is a square foot of neoprene in the entire package WAY OVERPRICED

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product I have several of these to protect my lenses. On this one it fits well and is easy to install. I found that one piece nearest the camera slips toward the camera during use, this is because this section of the lens is tapered, not a fault of the LensCoat. I am not using the piece on the slide, the piece that glues to the tripod collar and now not the section nearest the camera. I would recommend this product and will buy others.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Less than expected The quality is far less than the price dictates. The pieces seem like it was hand cut (that's a criticism) and the end result looks pretty home-made. While it will provide protection from minor scratches, that's about all I'm expecting. The price is high for what was delivered. I'm sure that there is a better product out there. I hate that the pieces don't fit perfectly so there's some space between some of the sections.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LensCoat Lens Cover for Sigma 150-600mm TheLensCoat Lens Cover(Realtree Max5)as relatively easy to put on the lens, and it does camouflage the lens very well. One thing to remember, is that the Sigma 150-600mm will only be completely covered with the lens cover when zoomed all the way in (150mm), or all the way out (600mm).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product, lousy directions. I have no squabbles with the product itself but the setup directions are pitiful, practically non existent, save for one weak diagram. Ended up looking at a Youtube video for a competing product. Their own website was no better.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job - but pricey I put lens coats on all my bigger lenses for protection against bumps and such. They do the job, fit reasonably well but seem expensive. I understand the initial manufacturing (tooling, design, setup) isn't free...still.?
