I lost the original lens cap from my Nikon 16-50 Z DX kit liens. I decided to buy 2 replacements so I would have a spare. I bought these because they were only lens caps this size that included free shipping. There wasn't anything else I needed or wanted from B&H at the time, so I wasn't going to the $49 free shipping threshold for my order. These work just as well the the original Nikon cap and it doesn't bother me that they say Sigma rather than Nikon

Yes. The 86mm Image Enhancer 1.2 filter has 86mm front threads that accommodate other front-threaded filters, and will give the Sigma LCF-86 III enough room to sit. However, like with most filters, the threaded portion can sometimes be quite shallow, making lens caps a bit less secure than you might be familiar with.

No, Sigma makes 2 versions of this lens, a 52mm and 62mm, check the side of the lens towards the mount, it should have a filter size listed.

question

Will it fit the 24-105mm?
Asked by: Jeremy T.
This lens cap is for 105mm thread diameter lens. Check your lens thread diameter to see what size cap fits your lens. The sigma lens cap is the best. 105mm lens cap is super large. I don't think it's for any 24-105mm lens. Good luck!
