Designed to carry a pro photographer's essential kit, this Stratus 21 Shoulder Camera Bag from Tamrac can hold two DSLR or mirrorless camera bodies with attached lenses plus flashes and accessories. It has a LensGate Divider System that cradles your camera and lens. The Dual Action Top provides full coverage to the foam-padded main compartment which supports your camera on foam pillars. For shock protection, the bottom has a thick, foam-padded, plastic platform. Strong, wear-resistant materials are coated with a double layer of waterproof polyurethane to protect your gear from the elements. For carrying convenience the Stratus has a padded handle, a removable shoulder strap, and a trolley sleeve that slides over the handle of rolling luggage.

Will the Tamrac Stratus 21 hold a Nikon D7500 with a Sigma 150-600mm lens attached and leave room for other small lenses?
Don't know for sure as I don't know how big that lens is. It's really big though. I use it mostly as my all storage.
Nikon Z and Nikon D750, Nikon 28-300, 75-300, 18, 50, flash, and lots of other stuff. It is too big to carry on a hike, but good enough in the car or if going on a big trip. I have a smaller bag for hiking/treking to get photos.

Does this bag meet airline carryon limits? Also, can you store a Canon 100-400mm lens vertically in this bag? Thanks!
The Stratus 21 is the largest of the Stratus family of shoulder bags. Depending on the size of the plane you're traveling on the bag should fit an oversized overhead compartment. Certainly, it will not fit a regional CR-J plane but a long-haul sized plan should accommodate the bag. According to B&H.com Canon EF100-400mm specs, the lens is approx 7.44 tall and the Stratus 21 is internally 10 deep so the lens should fit.

no,nor is it padded properly, being Tamrac's largest the bag is small. I am quite disappointed.
