This works great for when you need to get someone to the 'right' height for a great shot, particularly helpful when shooting couples and families. It is easily adjustable and quite stable and sturdy. Liked the first one I bought so well that I bought another.

Originally I bought an 8x8 scrim jim kit, then needed two 4x4 scrim jim frames instead for a project, so I bought an extra four of these connectors to construct the two frames. Very handy, love the modular nature of the scrim jim line.

Does this come in a 3/4" size? I need a corner with 1" on one side and 3/4" on the other side.
That option is unavailable. To clarify, the frames connect differently to eachother on the original Scrim Jim versus the Scrim Jim Cine system. The Original Scrim Jim uses 3/4" tension fitting whereas the Scrim Jim Cine uses a 1" positive locking system. For more information, please call Westcott customer service at 1-800-886-1689.

Are These connectors are the same size Interior dimension of the prior scrim jim frames/tubes? Minus the buttons
No, the 2nd version is larger, and will not match version 1.

question
What are the exact dimensions of the part that would go inside the square tubing NOT counting the height of the locking button? B&H specifies that as 2.9cm , but it's not clear if that's including or excluding the height of the locking button.
The 2.9cm specification includes the button which extends .45cm further than the inserted portion of the corner. The button clip is necessary for using the Scrim Jim Cine corner as it was intended.
