The B150-PLUS D3 Motherboard from ASUS is designed to fit in standard sized ATX cases. The 12.0 x 8.6" B150-PLUS D3 supports 6th Generation (Skylake) Intel Core i7, i5, i3, Pentium, and Celeron processors, the LGA1151 socket, as well as the Intel B150 chipset. This motherboard supports Windows 10 (64-bit), 8.1 (64-bit), and 7 (64 and 32-bit).
The ATX form factor of the B150-PLUS D3 has 4 x DIMM slots that can support up to 64GB of non-ECC DDR3 RAM, as well as Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules. The supported memory speeds are DDR3 1866 (OC), 1600, and 1333 MHz memory modules. The B150-PLUS D3 has a total of 6 x SATA III 6 Gb/s ports, 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 slot (running at x16), 1 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 slot (running at x4), 2 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x1 slots, 3 x PCI slots, 1 x USB Type-C port (with USB 3.0 support and a 3A power output), 4 x USB 3.0/2.0 ports (2 ports on the back panel, 2 ports at mid-board), 6 x USB 2.0/1.1 ports (4 ports on the back panel, 2 at mid-board), and 1 x PS/2 port. Using the Realtek ALC887 codec, it can support 8-channel HD audio so long as the chassis has an HD audio module in the front panel.
The B150-PLUS D3 has integrated Intel HD graphics support with 1 x DVI-D port, 1 x VGA port, and can use up to 1,024MB of shared memory. Both its DVI-D and VGA port can support a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200 @ 60 Hz and it also has multi-GPU support for AMD CrossFireX technology.
The B150-PLUS D3 has also been designed with electrostatic discharge (ESD) guards, LAN guard, overvoltage protection, DRAM overcurrent protection, DIGI+ VRM, a stainless-steel backplate, device compatibility for over 1,000 devices, UEFI BIOS, over 7,000 hours of testing, Fan Xpert 2+, AI Suite 3, and more. It is protected by a limited 3-year warranty and includes an I/O shield and 2 x SATA 6 Gb/s cables.
