These lenses is suitable for Sony a6300 APS-c sensor camera? If not which is the suitable lenses for Sony a6300 camera.
Asked by: Sukesh
The Rokinon 16, 35, 50, 85mm Cine DS Lens Bundle for Canon EF Mount, B&H # ROSLKC, listed above are designed for use on Canon cameras that use the Canon EF lens mount. The correct option for your usage needs would instead be the Rokinon 16, 35, 50, 85mm Cine DS Lens Bundle for Sony E Mount, B&H # ROSLKSE, which would connect directly to the Sony E-mount lens mount used on the Sony Alpha a6300 Mirrorless Digital Camera. Do note that these are fully manual lenses, so you would have to focus manually, as well as set your exposure manually and adjust the aperture using the aperture ring built onto the lens.

question

Hi,will this kit work on a BMMCC + a speedbooster for BMPCC? Especially the 16mm one, considering its sensor size. Thanks!
Asked by: Yan F.
Sorry but the Metabones Canon EF Lens to Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera T Speed Booster ONLY works on the Pocket Cinema Camera. Used on the Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera (MFT Mount) the adapter's rear glass element may cause damage to the camera. You would have to use the Metabones Canon EF Lens to Blackmagic 2.5k Cinema Camera T Speed Booster (Micro 4/3 Mount) to mount these lenses on the camera. The 16mm is meant to cover an APS-C sensor which is 22.2mm wide. With the Booster's 0.64 factor applied, that comes to 14mm. You will be good since the Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera (MFT) sensor is 8.8mm wide.

question

Im thinking of getting this kit with the Panasonic GH4, should I get the MFT set or should i get a metabones adaptor and the Canon EF set? If so what s the best adaptor to get to counter the GH4s crop factor?
Asked by: Anonymous
If you get the set in MFT or E mount, you cannot use it with any other mount. If you get them in EF, not only will they work on a EF camera but with the appropriate adapter MFT, and E mount cameras as well. A Metabones speed booster will widen out the FOV of these lenses, negating the need for purchasing an extra lens for your wide needs. If you are going to use the GH4 for still and video, get the 0.71 Speedbooster. If you are using it for video only, go for the 0.64. This matches the lenses best for their intended use.

Asked by: Yan F.
Sorry no case is included but you can use this one. It will take the lenses in spite of the brand difference. You may have to use a serrated knife to cut the holes to fit.

Would this lenses work on a Panasonic DMC-G7?
Asked by: Luis Felipe
Yes, The Panasonic DMC-G7 would support and work with the Rokinon 24, 35, 50, 85mm T1.5 Cine DS Lens Bundle. Both your camera and the lens have Micro 4/3 (MFT) mount. Keep in mind the lenses are only manual controlled and do not have autofocus support or stabilization. However, The lenses would produce a cinematic look for your productions.
