question

Will it work with the Canon 430 ex iii rt ?
Asked by: Anonymous
Technically it can work. It has not been tested by the manufacture. The one thing to note is one of them will need to be attached to the flash and the other will be used on the camera as a transmitter. The 430ex III RT flash has a receiver built in and that will work with the Yongnuo Wireless Speedlite Transmitter for Canon, B&H # YOYNE3RT MFR # YN-E3-RT or the Canon ST-E3-RT Speedlite Transmitter. This way you do not need to attach a receiver to the flash. And this transmitter has many other features especially when used with more than one off camera flash.

According to the manufacturer, the Yongnuo YN-622C II E-TTL Wireless Flash Transceiver for Canon (2-Pack) will automatically save the settings of channel, grouping, flash mode, AF assist beam emitter etc. There is no particular setting that is required to be set in order to save previous settings. If your transceiver is not automatically saving settings, if the unit has been purchased within the last 30 days, you may be able to return it for an exchange or refund.
