ASUS TP200SA-DH04T Overview

The dark blue ASUS 11.6" Multi-Touch Transformer Book Flip TP200SA Laptop features three convenient viewing modes that help you stay productive and entertained as well as allow you to collaborate with your colleagues. It sports a dual-core 1.6 GHz Intel Celeron N3050 processor and 4GB of onboard RAM, so you can complete everyday tasks such as typing, browsing the web, and watching online videos.

The 11.6" display offers a native resolution of 1366 x 768, which is driven by integrated Intel HD Graphics. To expand the on-screen workspace, a micro-HDMI port enables you to deliver visuals to an external monitor. The 11.6" display is attached to this notebook via a 360° hinge that lets you easily rotate the screen into stand, tent, or laptop mode. With IPS technology, the display is capable of delivering accurate colors along with wide-viewing angles. It also has touch support, allowing you to utilize the multi-touch gestures incorporated into Windows 10 Home.

ASUS has outfitted the TP200SA notebook with a 64GB eMMC flash-based storage drive that provides fast boot times as well as quick access to your files. To increase the storage capacity, you can insert an optional microSD card or attach an external storage drive via the USB ports. This notebook comes with a single USB 2.0 port along with two USB 3.0 ports. Additionally, one of these USB 3.0 ports is designed with a Type-C connector, which allows you connect with a Type-C cable the first try.

The TP200SA notebook connects with your home network wirelessly via 802.11ac Wi-Fi. Bluetooth 4.1 is another built-in wireless technology that lets you connect this notebook with speakers or headsets. To complete the multimedia experience, it comes equipped with a microphone, a combo audio jack, and a webcam as well as stereo speakers.

Three Convenient Viewing Modes
The Flip TP200 features a 360°, multi-gear metal hinge that gives you the freedom to accomplish work in laptop mode or flip into tent mode to collaborate with your colleagues. Additionally, you can create your own personal movie theater in an instant with stand mode.
Connectivity
The USB Type-C port makes connecting USB devices easier with a reversible design. It is built utilizing USB 3.0 technologies, which allow you transfer a 2GB movie to a USB drive at 5 Gb/s speeds. For convenience and compatibility, the TP200 also has standard USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports along with a micro-HDMI port for connecting an external display.
Instant Response
ASUS has doubled the touch sensitivity for the 11.6" touchscreen, so even the slightest movement of your fingertips is detected, and it only needs the lightest of touches to work accurately.
Typing Comfort
The Flip TP200 comes with a chiclet keyboard with full-sized keys. These keys offer a travel distance of 1.6mm to provide typing comfort during your workday. In addition, they feature a key mechanism that gives the keys a solid feel.
Responsive Touchpad
The large touchpad on the Flip TP200 allows you to easily navigate your way around the Windows 10 Home operating system. It features extra sensitivity for an instant response and is designed to avoid annoying jumps when your palm hits the touchpad. The Flip also utilizes a smart algorithm that recognizes the difference between fingers and a palm.
IPS Technology
The 11.6" IPS display panel produces impressive images even when viewed from 178°, off-center
Windows 10 Home
Start Menu
After its hiatus in Windows 8, the Start Menu has returned. Utilizing a combination of the traditional menu system and Windows 8's Live Tiles, the improved Start Menu gives you more information at a glance, showing notification information alongside your applications and other pinned items.
Cortana
Microsoft's digital personal assistant, Cortana can answer your questions with information gleaned from both your device and the internet at large. You can type or even talk with her, if your system has a microphone. Using her Laptop, Cortana keeps track of your needs and wants, and she learns over time to improve her information gathering skills.
Microsoft Edge
After nearly 20 years, Microsoft has finally replaced its Internet Explorer web browser. With Microsoft Edge, users can write directly on web pages and share notes with friends and colleagues. It also improves the online reading experience by adding a distraction-free mode and read-it-later functionality. Edge also has built-in Cortana integration; you can have her help you find a restaurant, make a reservation, and pull up directions without leaving your browser.
Windows Store
For Windows 10, Microsoft has unified the Windows Store. Now, apps for PCs, tablets, and phones will all be accessible from one place. And with support for Universal Apps, one version of an app can work across all your compatible devices automatically.
Windows Continuum
Windows 10 was designed for a variety of screen sizes and input styles, and with its Continuum feature, it automatically adapts to fit your needs. A Windows 10 tablet on its own requires a touch-centric approach, but attaching a mouse and keyboard will shift everything to a more traditional interface. You can even attach an external monitor to your Windows 10 phone for a near-desktop experience. But it's not just the operating system; Windows Universal Apps take advantage of Continuum as well.
Xbox on Windows 10
Gaming is a big focus of Windows 10. Xbox integration allows for PC players to match up against Xbox One players on supported games, and if you have an Xbox One, you can even stream compatible titles to your PC. Native support for recording with the new Game DVR feature makes it easy to capture and share your gameplay. The new DirectX12 takes better advantage of multi-core processors, giving games a performance boost, even on older hardware. Windows 10 also features native support for virtual reality headsets, such as the Oculus Rift.
