Using 228 SMD (surface mounted device) LEDs, the Ultra-Slim LED-230 On-Camera Video Light from Vidpro produces a 150W equivalent, 70° light beam while maintaining a slim, lightweight, and portable design. The light has a daylight-balanced 5600K color temperature and features a stepless dimmer that lets you adjust the light output from 100% down to 10%. For power, the light accepts a single Sony L-series (NP-F) type battery, with an FP-F550 type battery and charger included as part of this lighting kit. Also included is a snap-on 3200K tungsten color filter, a soft diffuser, and an adjustable shoe mount for on-camera mounting.

You could use the Vidpro Ultra-Slim LED-230 On-Camera Video Lighting Kit BH #VILED230 instead of a flash, but it has far less power so you would have to compensate with more ISO.

This light is the best ! For size . I use it mounted to the came tv gimbal. This light is very compact and works outstanding for run and gun .
