Dell 11 3000 I3000-12099GLD Overview

The gold 11.6" Inspiron 11 3000 Multi-Touch 2-in-1 Laptop from Dell uses a hinge design that allows you to fold the screen a full 360° and place it in tablet, stand, tent, or laptop mode in one fluid motion. The Inspiron 11 3000 measures just 0.83" thin and weighs just 3.1 pounds for a portable, lightweight design.

The 11.6" Truelife IPS widescreen display of the Inspiron 3000 is driven by integrated Intel HD Graphics and features a 1366 x 768 native resolution and LED-backlighting. It still maintains the 16:9 aspect ratio so 720p and 1080p HD content scales appropriately. The display also features touch support so you'll be able to utilize the multi-touch gestures incorporated into Windows 10. You can swipe, tap, and resize apps at your preference.

The system is powered by a 1.6 GHz Intel Pentium N3700 Quad-Core processor that also features a burst speed of up to 2.4 GHz. It also has 4GB of 1600 MHz DDR3L RAM, a 128GB SSD, a 2-in-1 card reader that supports SD and MMC cards, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, an integrated 720p webcam, and dual digital microphones. There are also built-in stereo speakers with MaxxAudio technology that delivers higher fidelity than standard controllers. The Inspiron 11 3000 operates using a 3-cell / 43Wh Lithium-ion battery that will last for up to 8.5 hours before recharging is required.

Windows 10 Home (64-bit) is the installed operating system. Windows 10 Home improves the user experience of Windows with several additions and changes. Cortana, Microsoft's digital assistant, is integrated into Windows 10 and is available to answer questions with information gathered from both your system and the Internet. Microsoft Edge replaces Internet Explorer and the Windows Store is now unified to include apps for PCs, tablets, and phones. There is also the Windows Continuum and Xbox One streaming and integration for supported games.

360° Hinge
The Inspiron 3000 uses a hinge design that allows you to fold the display 360° to convert from laptop to tablet mode. Tablet mode enables you to flip the keyboard around and lay the Inspiron 3000 flat so you can check your social media networks, swipe through presentations, or listen to music. Tablet stand mode transitions the Inspiron 3000 to an upright position so you can play games, watch movies, or swipe through your favorite photos. Tent mode allows you to watch a sports game or catch up on the news in a hands-free easel position that's stable enough for full touch integration. Laptop mode is your standard notebook position where you can multitask on the Inspiron 3000 with its keyboard and touchpad
USB 3.0 & USB 2.0
USB 3.0 can have data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gb/s, which is up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0, which maxes out at 480 Mb/s
802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 4.0
With 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity, you can access email, browse the web, connect to your social networks and more. There is also Bluetooth 4.0 technology so you can connect wirelessly to compatible peripherals and accessories

Microsoft Edge
After nearly 20 years, Microsoft has finally replaced its Internet Explorer web browser. With it, users can write directly on web pages and share notes with friends and colleagues. It also improves the online reading experience by adding a distraction-free mode and read-it-later functionality. Edge also has built-in Cortana integration; you can have her help you find a restaurant, make a reservation, and pull up directions without leaving your browser

For Windows 10, Microsoft has unified the Windows Store. Now, apps for PCs, tablets, and phones will all be accessible from one place. And with support for Universal Apps, one version of an app can work across all your compatible devices automatically
Windows Continuum
Windows 10 was designed for a variety of screen sizes and input styles, and with its Continuum feature, it automatically adapts to fit your needs. A Windows 10 tablet on its own requires a touch-centric approach, but attaching a mouse and keyboard will shift everything to a more traditional interface. You can even attach an external monitor to your Windows 10 phone for a near-desktop experience. But it's not just the operating system; Windows Universal Apps take advantage of Continuum as well
Xbox on Windows 10
Gaming is a big focus of Windows 10. Xbox integration allows for PC players to match up against Xbox One players on supported games, and if you have an Xbox One, you can even stream compatible titles to your PC.
