The new SMT (Surface Mount Technology) circuit boards offer greater reliability, better efficiency, and fewer stray RF emissions over the older PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) and through-hole boards. From there the case volume shrunk 28% of the original, and the overall weight was reduced 36%! This makes for one efficient, reliable, beautiful, and lightweight 5,000 watt inverter in a more compact size!

Under the shiny new exterior, you'll find the aforementioned SMT circuit boards and a powerful cooling fan. On the front of the ProLine 5,000 Watt Inverter you will find the manually operated power switch (On/Off) as well as the jack for the remote power switch (included). 3 conveniently stacked 120V AC outlets capable of providing 1500 watts each are well spaced on the right side of the inverter. Just left of the AC outlets, you will find the LED Over-Load and Over-Temperature warning lights and the Voltage and Amperage level indicators. With the stout AC terminal block just below the Voltage/Amperage Level indicators, you can be certain that your investment is well protected.
