Does this digitize analog? How if not digital output?
Analog I/O 2 x RCA Line Input
2 x 1/4" (6.3 mm) TRS Balanced Line Output
Digital I/O None
If I understand your question correctly, the answer is res it does indeed digitize analog. It takes your analog in and converts it to digital and utilizes the USB to interface the 24bit / 96kHz digital signal with your Mac or PC Computer. Other than the USB for digital, It does not sport another digital input/output such as optical, hence why Digital I/O is None.
