If your laptop has a PCIe x4 (PCIe 2.0) slot in it, or if you use a PCI chassis with support for a PCIe x4 (PCIe 2.0), the Magewell Pro Capture Dual HDMI Card (2 Channel), would be able to work.

Will this card input both HDMI channels at the same time?
I have the Quad, which is essentially the same thing, and we use it to live-stream 4 simultaneous cameras. So, using that assumption, it'll do so very very well. Very happy with ours.
