Included in this kit is a 95 Wh Lithium-Ion Gold-Mount battery along with a battery plate. The plate has an integrated 20" cable with a BMPC 4K-compatible barrel connector on the end as well as a D-tap connection. This kit can be easily integrated into an existing 15mm LWS system with the included rod bracket.

Can you ply this right into the BOCC4k for power the way it comes? Or would I hav etc purchase a Dtap connector ?
This plate features a 2.5mm connector that is hard wired directly from the plate so there will be no need to purchase a separate d-tap connector for the camera. The plate does feature an additional d-tap port so if you wish to power another device than you would need to buy a separate d-tap cable.

No. This is specifically designated to fit the song cameras. However the v battery will fit most led light kits

Can you confirm it indeed comes with a charger?
When I purchased this in 2019 it came with a charger.

This is a V-Mount battery. It is designed to power products that accept a V-Mount battery. We are not quite sure what Solix is referring to, but if it works with V-Mount batteries this is a great option.

will this power the blackmagic 4k assist monitor, cause i heard a lot of report that using external power with the blackmagic 4k 7 video assist and the micro cameras will fry them up is that right?
We have not heard of nor could we find reports about this or other battery systems damaging either the 4K 7 or the Micro cameras. We would caution that prudence dictates powering down any device before changing batteries or removing the dummy to prevent any harm to it.

It all depends on the type of charger that you are using to charge the battery. For example if you were to use a 2.5A charger the battery would be fully charged in approximately 3 hours.
