What mounts are on the bottom of this baseplate? Also, will this fit on the Sony FS7?
There are 3/8 and 1/4 screw holes on the bottom of this plate. It is our feeling that while the FS7 could be mounted to this plate, it would probably be too small to be practical. We suggest that you use the Zacuto VCT Universal Baseplate if you need one for both.

I need to support a canon 100-400mm lens is this suitable ?
