The 9' Drop Stand Light Stand from Savage extends from a minimum height of 43" to a maximum height of 9', offering a load capacity of 16 lb. It folds down to 41" and weighs 6 lb for easy transport. This stand features auto-extending and collapsing legs, with air cushioning for quick, secure repositioning and breaking down after a shoot. A reversible 1/4"-20 to 3/8" stud adapter is usable on either the top or side of the stand.

If you are one of those folks that moves their lighting around on a shoot, then this stand is for you. Lift it up and it collapses until you put it down - only to watch it automatically expand to an open position. Worth it's weight in GOLD folks! I move lighting around a ton. This makes my life easy!
