Perfect combination of light weight and height

I needed very light weight stands that I travel with and so weight is a strong considerations and these are perfect. So many stands are trying to be more heavily constructed, and I understand that need, but that is not what I needed and these are a perfect fit for traveling along with their height. They are sturdy and the aid cushioning is a nice addition.

Nice and tall, but broke after 4 uses

I bought this at the end of July and it broke after the fourth wedding I used it for. One of the extension poles just pulled out and now won't go back in. Save yourself frustration and spend a bit more money!

Is anyone else having a problem collapsing them? Everytime I try and put them away the air cushion feature keeps popping it back up and making it impossible to close.

We had the same problem. We used it for one shoot and could not ship it home because the adjustable bar was stuck. It no longer fit in the our shipping box. Sad.

The three stands fit nicely with space to spare. An additional 8' light stand will fit. I do not think a bigger stand will fit.
