I purchased several of these to install walkup HDMI in our classrooms. It comes with both the plate screws as well as the screws to fasten in the Neutrik connector. In my case, I didn't use XLR connectors and instead used the Neutrik panel mount HDMI passthrough connector (MFR #WP1B/1NDH). It was very easy to assemble and install. I'm going to replace all of our walkup connections with these because it is more sturdy than most consumer options.
