The Triton Audio BigAmp is a Class-A JFet DI/preamp intended for instruments. It facilitates both 24 and 48V phantom power, and converts unbalanced signal to balanced audio.

As good as other Triton products. Well built and reliable.

Worst customer service ever

Headline says it all. B&H could have done a solid but instead stuck to their rigid policies. They've lost a customer for life. The manufacturer saved the day by offering a simple exchange. I offered to pay ALL of the associated fees but B&H would not consider it. Very disappointing
