This is a basic aluminum threaded ring that adapts c-mount lenses to MFT cameras. I'm using it with various cine lenses that cover the 16mm format, and they focus to infinity on my Blackmagic Pocket 4K and cover the format in 2.6K 16:9 mode. In general I wouldn't expect c-mount lenses designed for 16mm film cameras to cover the full MFT sensor, but that's a feature of the lenses, not the adapter. Also, be aware that some larger c-mount lenses, like zoom lenses designed for surveillance cameras where there is a c-mount thread attached to a large flat round plate, aren't tapered enough at the mount end to fit this kind of adapter.
