It's one solid piece of metal and works well. The thing to keep in mind is, since it moves the focal plane of the lens further away, your C-Mount lenses will be extreme macro lenses (which is what I was looking for).

Is this the correct adapter to connect a Nikon EM ...

Is this the correct adapter to connect a Nikon EM camera to an Osaka MC 1:4.5 80-205 mm lens?

From the looks of it, the Osaka MC 1:4.5 80-205 mm came in several mounts. If the Osaka lens you have is a C-Mount lens, then yes this adapter would allow you to mount it on your Nikon EM camera. If it is not a C-Mount, then you would need to find the proper corresponding adapter.
