I use an Hp Omen laptop. I have the Decklink Duo in an Akito Node enclosure. I can not get the desktop video app to detect the inputs. vmix however sees input 2 and 4, but I need to access the card. I noticed that Bmd just released a firmware update on Feb 17. maybe that will help. very frustrated
Asked by: alan
Use Desktop Video application, you can change settings there. by default BNC 2 and 4 assigned as inputs, 1 and 3 as outputs.
