Does it reconnect automatically? For a pro device, I need it to only connect when I tell it to, and never for a phone call.
I'll answer my own question, since I've had it for a while now. It does auto-connect, to whichever previously connected device it sees first. The only way to get it to connect to a different device seems to be to turn off bluetooth on my phone and power cycle the Switchcraft device so it looks again. Phone calls do not route to it, but can interrupt music playing from your phone, so DND is a good idea. Whenever possible, I try to have the music stored locally on my phone so I can enable airplane mode and then just turn bluetooth back on, since DND is set to allow calls from certain people.

The Switchcraft 318BT Phantom-Powered Bluetooth Audio Receiver can stream audio from only one Bluetooth-enabled device at a time, but transmission over Bluetooth may not be secure.

Yes it does! Each device has a unique ID number at the end of the device name that shows up while pairing so you can use multiple devices in the same area and easily differentiate between them.
