This Eartec Max4G Headset is double-eared and features inline push-to-talk functionality and a 2-pin connector designed for use with Motorola radios. Its headband is fully adjustable and its leatherette earpad fully encompasses the ear, providing a firm yet pleasant fit. Its electret-condenser microphone sits at the end of a boom arm, which can swivel 270°. Rotating the microphone into a fully upright position—parallel to the headset's headband—automatically mutes the microphone, ensuring a more convenient way to kill the signal to the mic rather than fumbling for a button on a beltpack. Lightweight at only 6 ounces, the Max4G is comfortable for all day wearing.

If you are needing an over the ear headset in a low use environment this is a good alternative to the more expensive RTS option. Does not feel as solid as the RTS but still provides a quality sound.
