For Maldives, you will want to use the European (EU) version of the same system, which is B&H # EAUL3SEU. The European version operates on the 1880-1900 MHz frequency band and includes a European type wall plug.

If we can't use two UltraLite sets within range ...
If we can't use two UltraLite sets within range of each other, will we be able to use the HollyLand Solidcom C-1 set within range of a Eartec UL35 UltraLite headset system, or will there be interference between the two systems?
You should not experience interference between a Hollyland Solidcom and an Eartec Ultralite headset.

Hows noise cancelling abilities? I work in high sound music/sports arenas, can I listen clearly?
The Eartec UL3S UltraLITE system is pretty good for noise cancellation. If you are a bit concerned regarding it's efficacy you might want to get the headphones that cover both ears instead of just one. This will give you even better isolation.
