The SMADP3D Multi-Interface Shoe Adapter from Sony is for a camera or a camcorder using a Multi-Interface shoe connection. It can be used for receiving a 2-channel audio signal from a Sony URX-P03D wireless receiver without XLR cables. No need for separate cables. Power is supplied by the camera and can be switched on or off from the camera or camcorder. Please note this adapter only fits the URX-P03D, it does not fit the URX-P41D.

If you've got a recent Sony camera that has a smart hot-shoe (check the list...mine was on it), this adapter works great with the Sony Digital Receiver(s) to transmit audio directly without need for another wire. Super cool for gimbal work.
