The Befree Live Video Head is Manfrotto's first traveler-style fluid video head. Supporting up to 8.8 lb loads, it's suitable across a large variety of applications. At the same time, its minimalist, compact design makes it ideal for mobile video applications, such as vlogging. This head features a 40mm flat base with a 3/8"-16 mounting thread. Although compatible with any 3/8"-16 flat base tripod, it's best used with equally compact photo tripods and monopods that offer a matching 40mm base. Among these is a variety of Manfrotto Befree and Element tripods and monopods. Many of them come with a ball head, but the ball head can be removed to reveal a 40mm flat base.

Will either Manfrotto's 200 PL or 200LT PL work on this head? I really want something smaller on my Lumix GH5. Thanks in advance!
They will not, this head uses the 501PL system. Instead you can look at the Manfrotto MHXPRO which is a Pan and Tilt head that uses a 200PL-14 Quick Release plate.

The Manfrotto 501PL Sliding Quick-Release Plate with 1/4 -20 Screw B&H # MA501PL is the plate that comes with this and is the smallest possible one.

does this come with the leveler that you attach between the head and the extension rod?
The Pan Bar on the Befree Live Video Head is removable and there is a Bubble Level on the bottom of the head to assist you with balancing the head. However there is no leveling mechanism on the head. You could put this product on top of a Manfrotto 438 Compact Leveling Head before connecting it to a tripod for a ball base leveling system. You could also pair the Befree Live Video Head with the 755XB MDeVe Tripod which has an integrated Half-Ball Leveling System included already.
