The short answer is yes and no. The 50mm lens is compatible with the 6D since that is a full frame camera. The 10-18mm is designed for APS-C cameras only, so it is not compatible with the 6D. I have both full frame and APS-C Canon cameras, so I bought this kit. The 50mm is a great lens that is available on it's own at a very low cost. I would recommend buying this lens for your 6D if you want a high quality, fast, compact, normal focal length lens for a low cost. If you want a wide angle zoom lens for the 6D that is comparable to the 10-18mm, you will be looking at something like the 16-35mm which costs a lot more (or the older 17-40mm which you can find used for a lot less).

Does lens are suitable for full frame sensor
While the 50mm f/1.8 lens included in this kit would be compatible with full frame Canon DLSRs, the 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 is only compatible with the APS-C size sensor Canon DSLRS: it would not be compatible with a full frame camera.
