This 24" Bottom Dovetail Plate from ARRI is used with a sliding bridge plate or sled to balance your camera rig. This longer plate can also be used with an RSB-15 or RSB-19 lens support bracket as a brace for very long lenses, such as the Angenieux 24-290mm or Fuji Alura 45-250mm. To prevent the bridge plate or sled from sliding off, the Dovetail Plate features a spring-loaded post on one end and a stationary stop on the other. The bottom of the plate incorporates 3/8"-16 threaded holes for mounting the dovetail to a tripod quick release plate or other support.
