The LMB-25 Basic Module is the main component of the ARRI LMB-25 4x5.65" Lightweight Matte Box system. This module consists of a frame with a detachable hood. Use the Basic Module with a filter stage, 4x4"/4x5.65" combo filter frames, lens clamp adapter, and other matte box accessories for a complete LMB-25 system (other components not included).
This successor to the LMB-15 is compatible with all LMB-15 and LMB-5 filter frames, clamp adapters, and flags. The LMB-25 Basic Module features four captive screws for attaching the hood to its frame, eliminating the chance of losing any screws should you need remove the hood for a macro shot, etc. Lens clamp adapters up to 143mm in diameter are available separately.
