The 2-Filter Stage Guide from ARRI holds up to two filters when used as a component of the LMB-6 lightweight matte box. Constructed of machined aluminum, this guide consists of two pieces that are sandwiched between the lens clamp adapter and the matte box hood (neither included). It may be combined with another 2- or 3-filter stages to accommodate additional filters. The 2-Filter Stage Guide has independent locks for each filter frame, making it easier to remove the frames one at a time if so desired.
Besides 6.6 x 6.6" filter frames, the 2-Filter Stage Guide may also be used with 5.65 x 5.65" frames, and 4" x 5.65" reducer frames. Check for vignetting when using the smaller-sized filters with wider lenses. This stage does not accept geared filter frames.
