This is a good, reasonably priced accessory to any tripod head with a flat base that you need to use on a ball mount tripod. I'm using this for a second Manfrotto tripod head when it has to go on my Libek tripod, and it's easily removable should I need a flat base to mount on my dolly for low angle work. It does its job perfectly and the price is good.

Can I use it with the Benro IB0 Triple Action Ball Head?
Yes. This 75mm half ball adapter is really made for video heads to be placed onto tripods with a bowl mount for leveling. I have not used the Benro Ball head you specify, however the 3/8 thread in the center will screw done onto the head. I assume looking at the base of the IBO ball head, the retaining screws will work to keep it from unscrewing but cannot confirm this. Otherwise you should be good to go.
