Don't use with FLM CP38-L4 II 10X Carbon Fiber Series II Tripod and FLM 100mm bowl adapter. It interferes with the legs in all but a small percentage of leveling.

Of what material is the Benro half bowl adapter made of?
The ball and clamping mechanism is all anodized aluminum, not steel or plastic as others have said. The center threaded stud is stainless. Quality materials, nicely made. Highly recommended.

Thank you Cory. I see how it works now. It is not a bolt coming up through the bottom, it is all threaded and the bottom knob moves up independently.
