I don't see any wheels for trim adjustment. How do you adjust trim for Aileron or Elevator?

Is the T.16000M FCS a stand-alone USB joystick controller? I read somewhere that this new model requires the throttle added to work?
It has an integrated throtle just below the flight stick. You can add the FCS Throttle.
