Key Features
- 16 Fiberglass Ribs
- Bright, Reflective Silver Interior
- Wide but Directed Throw of Light
The 53" Apollo Deep Umbrella from Westcott has a deep design that creates a wide field of light with directional control making feathering easy. The umbrella's 16 fiberglass ribs create a round light source while its reflective silver interior maximizes output and renders snappy contrast and cool color balance. It mounts quickly to most strobes, constant lights or speedlights which can be positioned anywhere along the umbrella's shaft to focus or de-focus the light to control contrast and coverage.

question
will this work well with godox AD360 ii?
I have used the Deep with an AD360 with tremendous results. Add the diffusion front for expanding the versatility.

question
On the Westcott website it states that the maximum wattage is 300 for this umbrella. If I use a 600W strobe at full power will this damage the umbrella?
Anthony,The Wattage rating is for continuous lighting. Strobes are rated in Watt-Seconds. Your Strobe will work fine with the Umbrella.

question
will this be a good size for group pictures?
One deep silver umbrellas by itself may not be the best choice for a large group due to its more focused light. Many including Photographer Bob Davis will use it effectively, feathering the light and combining it with an additional fill (Deep White). Adding the optional diffusion front will also spread the light more evenly but will also reduce the output of your light.

question
Will this work with the new b1x?
Josue,Fit is no problem. Personal preference would be to add the profoto glass dome and spill kill reflector to spread the light or consider the white version for a more diffused light.
