question
Can this device scan directly to the computer? Skipping the memory card step?
it is very difficult to get negatives to go from the scanner to my computer. i even sent an email to braun, to ask for help, as sometimes the scan worked and sometimes it didnt, and got back from braun a not so helpful email. i also put in a sd memory card and the scanner rejected it. i asked braun why? their answer was try another sd memory card. braun must think im loaded, as i spent $20 for the scan card. wish i purchased a different scanner, just for the poor customer service provided by braun

question
is this compatible with a Mac computer?
I do have a MAC. I have not used the scanner yet, but the box does NOT indicate that is compatible with MAC. But, since you can scan directly to a card, that's how I'll work around it.
