Confirm the integrity of the watertight seal on your Ikelite underwater camera housing with this Vacuum Kit for 3/8" Control Knob Holes. The bundle includes a valve, a hand pump with a gauge, and a tubing insert. All together, these components allow you to check for leaks and create a vacuum inside your housing, in order to protect your camera and lens against water damage. The kit is compatible with the older, clear enclosures that lack a spare 1/2" accessory port. Remove any one of the housing's control knobs and place the valve in its 3/8" hole.
To avoid interference with controls, the valve has been designed with a low profile. The supplied waterproof plug is attached to the fitting to prevent accidental loss.
