Adder ADDERLink Overview

The AdderLink X-DVI PRO MultiScreen KVM Extender from Adder lets you relocate a set of peripherals, which includes two DVI-D monitors, two speakers, and four USB devices, up to 164' away from a computer system. The provided transmitter and receiver modules deliver 1920 x 1200 visuals, stereo-quality sounds, and USB signals via two user-supplied CAT 5e, 6a, or 7a cables. Resolutions and distances are dependent upon the type of networking cable used.

The transmitter module comes with two 3.5mm audio-in, two USB 2.0 Type-B, and two DVI-D inputs. Adder includes cables for most of these connections. To connect with monitors, external storage drives, speakers, keyboards, and mice, the receiver sports two DVI-D outputs, two 3.5mm audio-out jacks, and four USB 2.0 Type-A ports. In addition, full-speed (12 Mb/s) isochronous devices are supported.

The AdderLink X-DVI PRO MultiScreen extender uses an uncompressed system to send every pixel of every frame without loss
HDMI video and audio can be extended with an optional adapter cable, however, HDCP and CEC are not supported
The X-DVI PRO MultiScreen sends one video signal as well as USB 2.0 data and audio along a single CAT 5e, 6a, or 7a cable, and a second CATx cable is required to support a second video signal
Four USB 2.0 ports enable connection of mice, keyboards, graphics tablets, jog shuttles, joysticks, 3D explorers, and mass storage devices
The transmitter unit is powered by two bus-powered USB ports on the host computer, while the receiver module runs on an included power adapter
The system has intelligent EDID management to allow the true characteristics of the monitor to be passed back to the computer
With no need for drivers or software to be installed, the AdderLink X-DVI PRO MS extender is delivered in a zero-config state so you can plug the units in and start working with them straight away
Stereo CD-quality sound (stereo channel 16-bit sampled at 44.1 kHz) is available to transfer audio from local to remote for line out
The extender supports 8 channels of HDMI audio simultaneously with analog audio

You should be able to power a access card. You will need to make sure the extender is being powered.
