I hardly ever have a neck strap attached to any of my cameras. When walking around town to make photos without a tripod I carry the camera in my hand. This wrist strap has made that safer. The thick strap is soft and very comfortable on the wrist. The round shape does not cut into my wrist like a flat strap would. The length is perfect as it lets the camera hang just below my hand.
