Does this come with a black vinyl/leather connectior (rather than brown)? Brown doesn't go well with black strop, imo.
No the part connecting the MegaGear Cotton Wrist Strap (Black) to the camera is Brown.

What is the load capacity for this strap?
MegaGear has not provided any specifications for its load capacity, but I believe it will support most DSLR/mirrorless setups with (at most) a medium zoom lens. I anticipate that if used with larger cameras, it might not provide the same level of comfort as when used as depicted in Megagear's images.
